2006 Chenin Blanc

refreshing, dry white for all occasions.

delicate fruit palate - very drinkable.

Medium bodied, with toasty vanilla nose and a luscious chewy fruit

2004 Bridget Maud's Special Reserve Chardonnay
From handpicked fruit . Bunch pressed and lightly wooded in central
European oak. This wine has a magnificent nose with delightfully
smoky aromas and a creamy, nutty fruit palate gently lifted by the
subtle use of oak.

2005 Chardonnay Pinot
"Methode champenoise"
Sparkling pink, methode champenoise, dry wine from Chardonnay and Pinot
Noir grapes. Traditional, bottle fermented, sparkling wine with a
bubbly apple and strawberry palate. |

2005 Carnelian
A medium bodied Mediterranean style red with a refreshing fruit & nut
character.

A rich 'drink now', juicy red blend of our own and regional
fruit. Shiraz, Cab Sav, Grenache, Merlot, Mataro, Tempranillo, Malbec,
Petit Verdot. |

2004 Shiraz / Cab Sav
A
50/50 blend of Shiraz & Cab. Sav. A youthful spicy blend from
hand picked fruit. The wine has been on European oak for 12 months.
Drinking well now and will develop and mature with age.

2005 Cabernet Merlot
A 70/30 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Deep dark black,
intense cassis, cigar box, very complex. Full bodied, long and rich.
Long ferment, new oak. |

2005 Shiraz
Ripe plum, pepper & spice, rich full body, sweet middle palate, dry
finish. Toasty chocolaty new French oak. |
